What is an "Active" Project?

Use Unison like a workbench--when you are done working on a project, download it and deploy it on your LMS, then archive it. Changing the project status to "Archive" means it won't count towards your Active Project total. NOTE: The Free account only includes one project total. You can't archive projects in the free account. top

Are your prices per user or do I pay a fixed price per month?

You pay a fixed monthly price. We tried to come up with a licensing model that would encourage collaboration inside organizations. That's why, when you sign up for the Pro or Premium account levels, you get unlimited users of all kinds. This means you never have to worry gain about the costs of adding another user. Need to have a SME work on a specific project, just add them. Need to add a contractor who is helping your team, just add them. Never worry about user licensing again!

Do I really get unlimited users at some account levels?

Yes. At the Pro, Premium, and MAX levels you get unlimited users of all types (reviewers, developers, managers, and administrators). That way you can keep working the way you want whenever you need to add people to your projects. It's easy and it doesn't cost any extra.

Why would I sign up for the 15-day free trial if I can get a FREE account?

If you sign up for a pay plan you won't be charged for 15 days. If you cancel before 15 days are up then you'll never be charged. Note: This only applies to new accounts. Upgrades from free accounts to pay accounts will be charged for their first month when upgrading.

The 15-day trial lets you sign up for any account level (except MAX) and try it for free. This is especially helpful if you want to try out the collaboration features with other members of your team because collaboration features aren't available in a FREE subscription account. top

Why would I choose to pay extra for PowerPro Customization Access?

We do everything we can to keep costs as low as possible so that we can open the e-learning development process to everyone. That's why we made the PowerPro Customization Access feature an add-on. It really applies only to advanced users who know Adobe Flash or want to hire someone to customize or extend Unison using Adobe Flash. Not everyone needs it, so we only charge those that want it. That way if you don't need it, you save money every month! PowerPro Customization Access is a very powerful feature and you may want to learn more about it. You can always add it at a later time if you don't want to add it now.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, and it's really easy. Just click My Account inside Unison and upgrade or downgrade.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We accept Purchase Orders only for MAX level plans.
