- The Rapid Intake Forum. Post your questions and issues to the Rapid Intake community and take advantage of the collective wisdom of product experts and experienced users around the world. Forum support is available for all customers.
- Email Support. Submit a ticket to our support staff who will research your problem and respond quickly. We will continue to stay in contact with you until your issue has been resolved. Email support is available for most customers.
- Live Chat. Chat with our support professionals in real time. You can get immediate results for your questions, and if we can’t figure it out on the spot, we’ll look into it and email you back. Live Chat support is available for most customers.
- Phone Support. Speak with a support professional about critical issues. When you need to discuss an issue over the phone, simply submit a form outlining your problem. Our support staff will research your question and respond with a telephone call within an hour. Phone Support is only available for Unison Max Plan subscribers.
