REVIEW™ allows for quick access to projects assigned to each user through a personalized login screen. Every user has the ability to add, edit and delete project notes and attachments in the projects they are assigned to.

A special filtering system allows you to sort notes based on any field criteria in the entire system. Find the notes that pertain directly to you in a matter of seconds. Filter by priority, development stage, status and more!

Who Is Doing What?

Manage who is assigned to what project or stage of a project and monitor the notes and activities of that project from any location with web access! REVIEW™ allows you to enhance collaboration among team members as well. No more duplication of efforts and reworking of issues due to incorrect issues log versions and notes being passed around. Plus you can decrease the amount of project based email by using project notes that are time and date stamped in a threaded discussion format - a perfect audit trail!

Gathering Feedback

The Course Reviewer is one of the most powerful features in REVIEW™. This unique feature greatly reduces the time it takes to record issues during project testing and review.

The course you are testing appears in the upper frame of the reviewer. Navigate through the course normally. As you encounter problems in the e-learning course, you can quickly record an issue in the lower frame of the reviewer, click "Add Issue" and all the information is added to that issue saving a great deal of time entering data. You can do all this from the same browser window where you are viewing the course. There is no need to jump between different programs to record issues.

Managing Feedback 

REVIEW automatically captures information about the reviewer, where the reviewer was in the course when the feedback was submitted, and relevant system information (such as the web browser version used by the reviewer).

Project managers can add comments, assign notes as tasks, attach files, send notifications to team members and more!
