We give you two simple ways to buy: by user or by active project. Whichever way suits your needs it costs the same.

By User Purchase by the number of users and get unlimited "active projects". This is traditional software licensing where we charge for who uses the software.

By Active Project: Purchase by the number of "active projects" and get an unlimited number of users. Go this route if you don't want to worry about paying for who uses Rapid Intake--anyone in your organization can use it.

Purchasing by user gives you an unlimited number of projects. We also throw in a few "review-level" users at no additional cost for basic collaboration during course review. If you'll be doing lots of collaboration, you may want to check out project-based pricing.
