FlashSource™ Customization Module

The way you create e-learning courses is as unique as the needs of your organization. The FlashSource Customization Module gives you full access to the Flash source code and extensibility tools. Custom Course Interfaces

For example, does your organization have a unique look and feel you want to apply to the course interface? Do you want to reuse that course interface with all new courses? With FlashSource Customization Access you can download the Flash source code (.FLA) for interface templates and customize to your hearts content! When you are finished, simply install or upload them to Rapid Intake. Your team instantly has access to these custom interfaces every time you create a new course.

Custom Page Interaction Templates

Rapid Intake uses the powerful Rapid Intake platform to provide reusable interaction templates based on proven learning patterns. Based on your own experience, you may have discovered interactive designs that you would like to “templatize” to be reused in different courses. With FlashSource Customization Access you have access to the Flash source code (.FLA) files for Rapid Intake’s interactions so you can customize them as needed. But not only that—you also get access to special tools to make your own reusable templates and accompanying forms that go along with them in Rapid Intake.

For example, suppose you want to create a special kind of interaction that isn’t currently available in Rapid Intake. If you are a Flash developer, you can, of course, create it in Flash or some other program and upload it into Rapid Intake to use on a specific page. But using this approach you’d have to recreate the interaction every time you wanted to use it.

Consider a better idea: build the interaction in Flash, and then make it into a reusable template that is dynamically populated with content from a Rapid Intake input form. Now anyone on your team can build the interaction by simply filling out the form—without knowing Flash!

It’s the best of both worlds! A rapid e-learning development system that makes it easier and faster to produce custom content the way you like it.
