How it Works

Up to Speed™ 2010 is a virtual conference, which means we'll be taking advantage of some great software out there to help you see the presenters' screens and hear their voices while they present each session. For the conference, we'll be using GoToWebinar, a technology specifically made for this.

We will be running two sessions at a time throughout the conference, and each session will be in one of two rooms: Room 1 and Room 2. You will need to be able to connect to either room using your computer, so to make sure that you can join any session during the virtual conference, you will be asked to register for both rooms.

Step by step instructions:

Step 1. Register as a user for both Room 1 and Room 2.

Step 2. Before joining a specific session, check on the Session Schedule page whether it is in Room 1 or Room 2.

Step 3. Join either Room 1 or Room 2 using the information on the Join a Session page.
